In-house Corporate Solicitor

Rare opportunity for a UK qualified Corporate Solicitor to move in-house and develop their career with a market leading, international business in a fast paced, ever-changing sector.

This is a front line role as part of a global legal team and you will handle a wide range of corporate legal matters supporting leaders across multiple global functions.

The business is a true global entity and you will be working closely with the US and European colleagues providing cross-border legal support on a range of corporate and finance matters including M&A, capital markets, financing, tax, debt covenants.

You will also provide corporate governance advice including company secretarial support, compliance, policy and treasury matters.

Reporting to the US you will be given all the tools and support to build and maintain strong UK and overseas client relationships through the provision of pragmatic, commercial advice. As a corporate lawyer you will also be given the chance to develop your broader technical experience across commercial contracts, technology and banking to become that genuine all round advisor.

We are interested to hear from UK qualified Corporate Solicitors with 3+ years experience who feel their time has come to move in-house, work closely with a business and add genuine value at this exciting time.
You will have a background in corporate transactional or possibly banking law and be a naturally creative problem solver. You will enjoy the technical challenge of corporate but be keen to add further commercial and company law skills to your armory.
