Exclusive: Construction Disputes Associate position. You will within a market leading construction litigation department working alongside leading individuals. This Top 50's Real Estate practice is considered one of the strongest in the UK, with 40% of the firms turnover coming from the wider Real Estate groups.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Disputes (2+ PQE) to join this highly regarded City of London practice.

You will work within a Real Estate powerhouse, where 40% of there annual turnover comes through their wider Real Estate groups. The construction disputes department are market leading regularly advising on the most high value matters.

You will regularly advise on final account disputes, loss, expense and prolongation claims, contractual and payment disputes. You will work on mediation, adjudication & adjudication enforcement, technology and construction court proceedings, expert determination. The department work on cross boarder and international matters.

With recent key hires including leading individuals, this firm are really investing and will offer you insight into quality work.

Requirements

  • You will be a Construction Disputes/Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working in a respectable Construction Disputes department
  • Working on international matters (Desirable but not essential)
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background. Also, you will receive an industry-leading benefits package
