The Role

This Top 20 UK firm are looking to for an Employment Senior Associate (5 years PQE+) to join the team in their Flagship City of London office.

You will work within an industry leading Employment practice, working alongside the UK head of Employment.

You will work on domestic and international matters with the biggest and best known global brands assisting with outsourcing, acquisitions, expansions employee relations, data protection compliance and risk management.

This department advises not only large Corporate companies but innovative Media, IT And sports companies. You are truly spanning and allowing you to work with a diverse range of clients.

Requirements

  • You will be between 5 years PQE+, experience in Employment matters
  • You will have had strong experience working within a leading law firm
  • You should have a strong technical knowledge and be commercially astute
  • Excellent communication skills and interest within Employment
  • Salary is well above market rate and is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus a market leading bonus and benefits structure.
