Job Details


You will be working closely with a senior legal counsel advising on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.

The right candidate for this role will be:

  • 5-8 PQE common law qualified ideally English trained and qualified with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a reputable international UK or US firm. Good in-house experience a plus.
  • Corporate commercial practice experience essential with an understanding of or exposure to procurement (IT, engineering and professional services), intellectual property matters, and advising on policy and governance.
  • English language native speaking essential; Arabic language is a plus.
  • Able to manage stakeholder expectations, help operations teams solve problems while advising on risk.
  • Diplomacy and ability to work effectively with people from all cultures is essential to this role.
  • The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi after probation if he/she is not currently residing here.
