Experienced Corporate Solicitor sought for a new role within an expanding international law firm, to be based in Manchester.

The firm are a truly global legal brand with a strong reputation across many sectors, in Manchester notably within Real Estate, Projects and Energy.

Their Corporate team work on a mix of domestic and cross-border transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and capital market transactions. The Manchester Corporate team has a large and diverse client base across real estate, retail, leisure, technology and other sectors.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor to the team in Manchester. The ideal would be someone at Senior Associate, but there is also a desire to consider lateral partner hires who might be looking for a new home.

They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors ideally with a minimum of 4PQE in Corporate, with your training and experience ideally gained at a leading firm well regarded for transactional Corporate work. Experience of advising private equity houses would be desired but isn’t absolutely essential.
