This boutique firm punch well above their weight and compete against the big city practices. They are seeking a Family Partner to steer the department and ultimately drive the already well-established department forwards.

They operate a slick and progressive practice that is client centric and aimed at high net worth individuals. They have experienced a great level of energy and investment early on which has caused a considerable impact on the London market.

This firm are in their relative infancy and are seeking continue on their efforts for organic growth. Their client base is continuing to expand off the back of strong referrals.

They are opposed from your common traditional practice methods of hourly billings. They have implemented all of the most up to date technology which has allowed them to streamline their practice and allow them to service their clients with much greater efficiency.

This firm is built on the gripes of antiquated practice, this is therefore a prospective employer worth paying attention to.

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Family Partner with at least 8 years' PQE to join a progressive and growing practice based in the City of London.

You will service an enviable client base consisting of HNW individuals.

You will be responsible for running your own caseload from start through to completion aswell as the overseeing of the department and contribution to new business acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have experience of running divorce/ ancillary relief matters and having membership of YRES/ Resolution would be advantageous. You will handle complex financial matters through to Children and Prenuptial Agreements.

This role will provide you with the platform to flourish and become an industry leading solicitor.
The Requirements

  • You will be a Family Partner with at least 8 years' PQE (there is no upper limit to the amount of experience)
  • You will have good commercial acumen
  • You will have an active interest in business development
  • Excellent case management skills and an eye for detail
