A respected firm is keen to recruit a knowledgeable Employment Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload for all employment related matters for a diverse client base in Leeds on a permanent basis.
The role will include handling Tribunal claims, advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, contracts of employment, director's service agreements and re-organisations.
The successful Employment Solicitor will be able to manage your own caseload of employment related cases and work to help oversee others.
Working within a supportive and progressive department, suitable Employment Solicitors will have proven expertise in dealing with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
You should be well versed in both contentious and non-contentious employment and be able understand both claimants and respondents on various types of employment related files as well as handling Tribunal claims.
You must be a qualified solicitor or CILEx qualified Legal Executives with a minimum of 8-years' experience
You must have solid knowledge of Employment Law
