My client, a well-known Legal 500 firm based in Sheffield, is on the lookout for a Solicitor to join their Health and Care team.
Within this role you will provide legal advice/support on health and care related matters to the firm's deputyship and trustee service as well as providing advice and representation to members of the public with these legal problems.
The firm is looking for someone who has substantial case work experience dealing with either members of the public or within a local authority legal department. Ideally you will have experience within a similar environment having advised health and social services authorities and/or private health and social care organisations although this isn't essential for the role, although it's key that you'll be used to resolving complex disputes.
Brooke Thornham Consulting advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
