This rapidly expanding and entrepreneurial firm are now seeking a Corporate Commercial Associate or Senior Associate to join their dynamic, forward thinking team in Cambridge. This firm have consistently won Legal & Industry specific awards across their wide-ranging practice areas due to their commercially astute and technically strong staff - many of who are recognised in the Legal 500 & Chambers guides.
They are an industry leading firm with an outstanding high-profile client base, which is why they look to hire talented Solicitors with an entrepreneurial spirit to work alongside the Partners on larger transactions meanwhile giving you the space and support to develop your own contacts within the region.

The Partners have decided that due to ongoing success, they wish to further their offering in Cambridge and for this reason they are seeking client facing, business development excelling entrepreneurial Solicitors to work with them in a varied role.
This expanding firm are open to hearing from Solicitors, Associates and Senior Associates looking to take the next step in their career working with a high-profile client base and some of the industry's leading Partners.
The Role
The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Commercial Associate or Senior Associate to join their expanding Cambridge Office.
You will be responsible for working alongside the experienced Partners and over time, develop your own contacts in the region, adopting the firm's ethos. Therefore, you must be client facing, business development focused and entrepreneurial to increase their Corporate Commercial offering throughout the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia region.
Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of Corporate transactions including: Company Structuring & Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisition and Disposals and Commercial Contracts for a varied client base from Start Ups to International Organisations.

Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years PQE +
- Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
- You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
- Regional contacts is highly advantageous
- A desire to progress to Partnership
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, and client base -you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
