The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Family Partner to join their rapidly expanding Essex team

You will be responsible for building or developing your own client base in the region, adopting the firm's ethos and working alongside the other Partners to build the brand further ensuring future success for your department and the office as a whole.

Therefore, you must be client facing, business development focused and entrepreneurial to increase their Family Law offering throughout Essex.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of private Family matters including: Divorce, Financial Disputes, Children, Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements and Civil Partnerships

If you are an experienced Senior Associate looking to step up or a Partner seeking the opportunity to develop the team - this firm will work with you closely to facilitate this offering full support to ensure future success.

Requirements

• You will be a Senior Associate/ Senior Solicitor or Family Partner with at least 6 years PQE +
• Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
• You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
• A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, and client base -you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
