Corporate Solicitor

Fantastic opportunity for a junior Corporate solicitor looking to develop their career in a collegiate team.

Our client is a well established law firm in London with excellent reputation. This role for an existing Corporate solicitor with solid training, general M&A and some Capital Markets experience to develop their career. The firm has an excellent environment and high-quality work.

The collegiate Corporate team has an excellent client base and the Corporate solicitor will work with other associates across the partners with good support. The team does a range of Corporate work, including JVs, general M&A, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets including AIM admissions, NEX listings, the team are doing PE investments, start-ups, spin-outs, MBI's and MBO's, international transactions, JV's and investments.

The ideal candidate is likely to have:

• Good academics
• Solid training and experience at least at NQ or 1 year PQE level
• Broad Corporate experience including general M&A
