Job Details
As part of the continued growth of the practice they would like to recruit a junior level construction lawyer. Suitable candidates will have experience working for developers, investors, lenders, contractors and consultants ideally in the following sectors: housing (including prime/super prime central London and the branded private rental sector), retail, commercial, student accommodation, education and retirement homes. Familiarity with the various methods of construction procurement and a good knowledge of all the standard forms of construction contract, including JCT and NEC is also required.
You will enjoy working in a supportive and friendly team for partners and Seniors who are committed to the continued growth and development of the practice. Good prospects for the right candidate.
