Job Details
Well-established Hertfordshire based firm has a new opening to suit a corporate commercial NQ solicitor.
Our client is a friendly, supportive practice with a team orientated culture. The firm seeks to appoint a solicitor with experience of corporate and commercial law to join their growing co/co department. The team handles corporate transactional work including advising on mergers, acquisitions and financing work for diverse clients, as well as providing general commercial advice relating to contracts and agreements.
Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint a solicitor, either an NQ with at least one corporate and/or commercial seat under your belt or a qualified solicitor with experience of corporate and/or commercial work.
You will have good technical skills and enjoy transactional and commercial work as well as bringing an interest in client relationship management and business development. The role is an excellent opportunity to work in a very supportive partner led team where you'll be exposed to high quality corporate deals and commercial work from the outset, and you'll be encouraged to be client led. You'll also have a very strong platform to further your career and experience.
