Job Details
This FS regulatory team at this top tier London practice is at the forefront of the market and has grown to be a sizeable and renowned team that advises on governance and other compliance arrangements, the establishment of new investment, banking and insurance businesses in the UK, and applications for FCA authorisation, regulatory issues arising in connection with fund structuring, market abuse and insider dealing issues and the regulatory consequences of rule breaches. The team is keen to recruit a junior lawyer with between 0-2 years' post qualification experience (or a trainee in their final seat who is keen to qualify into this area of law). Strong academics and training / experience from leading London firm are essential.
