This reputable, market leading firm is in pursuit of an experienced Private Client Senior Associate/Partner Designate with 8+ PQE, to join and become a key contributor to their highly successful, expanding private client department. This role comes with a very generous salary and a plethora of benefits, as well as ample opportunities for the chosen Partner to increase their standing and reputation within the legal fraternity. The role is suited to an ambitious Senior Private Client Associate/Partner who may already be involved in a recognised Partnership and can bring a fresh set of ideas to a firm who will invest heavily into the right person. JOB TITLE: Private Client Senior Associate/Partner Designate
PQE REQUIRED: 8+

ROLE OVERVIEW: The firm act for a range of clients, including high net worth individuals who require advice on complex matters relating to tax planning and dealing with very large estates, often involving a range of complex financial and family issues. The caseload will include advising on all elements of private client work encompassing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Tax, Probate as well as complex inheritance matters and you will be expected to play an integral role in business development and networking activities, to enhance the profile of the department further. The firm is Platinum STEP accredited, a quality mark which only a few firms have achieved and all their lawyers are STEP qualified, or working towards the qualification. The complexity of the work and the nature of the client base means that the successful solicitor is likely to have around 8+ years PQE in private client law and able to demonstrate an excellent academic record and a training contract with a firm dealing with a similar complex and high net worth client base. The ability to delegate appropriately and to supervise, is essential.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual.
