A national firm with a heavy emphasis on work in the Real Estate sector are looking for an individual with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience to join their highly regarded Residential Property practice in London. The firm offer the chance to undertake market-leading City work, join a close-knit and collegiate team and a work/life balance that may not be possible at most City firms.

The work in the team consists of the financing, acquisition and the management of sizeable residential portfolios, including work relating to lease extensions and enfranchisement. The firm's large client base is broad and varied representing a range of rural landowners, high net worth individuals, property companies, insurers and educational institutions.

The firm are looking for an individual with a minimum of four years of post-qualification experience within a respected regional, City or International Property team. A strong academic record (minimum of a 2:1) and experience of managing a team are prerequisites to be considered for this role.
