We have been instructed by a highly reputable international firm in Dubai looking for mid to senior level Corporate Associates to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to relocate to Dubai in a dynamic role and take a hands-on approach to matters as part of a small and ambitious team. This role is also suited to candidates who are already working within the region and are interested in moving to a top international firm with a well-established network of offices in the Middle East.
The role is broad and will include work on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions within the Middle Eastern and international markets.
The successful candidate should have between four to ten years of post-qualification experience within the corporate space, and be committed to relocating to Dubai, ideally on a long-term basis.
The firm offers a competitive salary to their lawyers, generally higher than the London market, and is tax-free.
