Our client is one of the best firms in the region, well-known in the Cheltenham market and often seen as a competitor practice to leading firms both here in Bristol and Bath and also up in Birmingham. They are still a small firm by comparison though so you still get the team feel and the friendly, relaxed, not taking themselves too seriously work environment, so it really is the best of all worlds.
They are now looking to appoint another qualified Solicitor in to their Litigation team and in the main to focus on the range of Property Litigation work they get in, which comes from a wide-range of clients including charity sector clients for example, so the work really is varied and interesting and every day is different.
Ideally you will be already based locally with a competitor firm or may be looking to move to the area in the next 6 to 12 months, perhaps if you come from the Gloucestershire area originally. You will have some strong Property Litigation experience and strong client skills as this is a role where you will have lots of face to face and direct client contact.
