JOB TITLE: Self Employed Consultant
PQE REQUIRED: 6+

THE ROLE:
This well established, Lexcel accredited law firm provide a range of specialist legal services to professionals, businesses and individuals throughout England & Wales. They are looking to grow their team with Consultant Solicitors from any background with a minimum of 6+ PQE. The Consultant Solicitors will be able to grab hold of this opportunity to have a much more flexible work life balance and more independence over your working hours and your workload. The Consultant Solicitor will be able to choose preferred working hours, place of work and charge out rates enabling you to provide the service you have always wanted to. A Consultancy role will be particularly suitable for Solicitors or Partners who already have their own client base and the ability to generate their own instructions. However, with multiple offices throughout England & Wales this firm can also provide you with introductions to clients in a range of disciplines. The successful Consultant Solicitors will receive all of the benefits of being in full time PAYE employment such as, file storage, cashier support, marketing assistance, indemnity cover, electronic file maintenance, complaints handling, full regulatory services, IT support, secretarial & paralegal support, national network of offices and more but all under the freedom of managing your own work and being self-employed.

Pasquale Agatiello – Senior Consultant (In-house)

Kaye Thumpston – Divisional Manager (Locum)

Kaye is a Divisional Manager within eNL’s  interim / locum division and has responsibility for the temporary legal recruitment team nationally. Kaye has been involved in legal recruitment since 2006 and has over ten years’ experience within the interim / locum legal professional market. Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance. As a  member of  eNLs London & South East Locum Team she recruits for fixed term contract positions, holiday cover and interim roles across the region. She is an excellent communicator, with an enviable work ethic, enhanced by a genuine down to earth approach and an infectious sense of humour.

Zoe Jones – Consultant (Locum)

With over 20 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry, Zoë’s experience includes in-house recruitment for a large financial institution within commercial and corporate banking,  as well as local government. With 3 years’ previous legal recruitment experience gained at eNL, Zoë re-joined the team in December 2018 after a short break. With a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a dedication to delivering effective recruitment solutions, Zoë’s aim is to add value to both her clients and candidate’s legal recruitment needs.
