You will be developed and encouraged by the Partners to be actively involved in attending networking events and presenting at seminars to increase your own client base and the firm's regional profile.
This firm has multiple offices with ambitious expansion plans in place, therefore there are excellent prospects on offer for you to develop your own client base as you see fit. They already have an experienced Commercial Property team however; due to recent developments, they are seeking a talented individual to work alongside the existing, industry leading Partners to drive forward this team further.

The Role
The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate into their office near Brentwood.
You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Commercial Property matters. The firm are planning significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive, ambition and experience to lead the team alongside the other Partners.
The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant, investments, land development and commercial leases.
This team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of clients throughout Essex and East London. The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook and outstanding progression prospects with Partnership being an option for the right person.
Requirements
- You will be an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate with 4 PQE +
- You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
- A strong regional reputation and contacts is highly advantageous
- Salary is competitive and negotiable, depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
