Law Job Solicitor Associate Healthcare Social Care Court of Protection Regulatory Inquests

Your new company
Our client is a leading Top 100 UK law firm with offices in the major legal centres within the UK. They offer a wide range of legal services to leading clients in the private and public sector.

Your new role
You will be joining an award winning, national team who specialise in a wide range of health & social care matters. No two days will be the same as the team offer top quality legal advice within the health & social care sector to include complex litigation in Court of Protection, Judicial Review, Human Rights, Inquests and Mental Health. You will manage your own caseload of matters which will be varied and will be offered all tools and resources required to perform well. You will be conducting advocacy as well as assist the wider national team with their matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be very passionate about health & social care law and whilst you may have limited experience within this complex area of law, you will need to be able to demonstrate transferable skills and a real passion for this sector. You should have some advocacy experience as well as the ability to network with outstanding client care skills. Ultimately, a team player with a genuine interest in this area of law would be a very good fit as well as an experienced health & social care lawyer.
