Our client is known as a leading full service firm in the Thames Valley area and is regularly ranked amongst the best in the UK. They are now looking to expand their employment team with an outstanding mid-level Employment Solicitor.
As a solicitor in the employment department you will working on a full range of both contentious and non-contentious files and advise on a range of employment matters including employment termination, unfair and wrongful dismissal claims, discrimination claims and TUPE issues and be involved in the employment tribunal claims.
The team typically handles London level work and you would be rubbing shoulders with a client list that includes some prominent national, international and multinational organisations.
The ideal candidate will have two or three years of quality employment experience post qualification and be adept at handling employee and employer matters. You will have experience of running your own caseload and be proficient at working in a large team.
