Your new role
As the sole corporate counsel you will be responsible for all the organisations M & A activities and joint ventures within the umbrella structure that consists of hundreds of well established businesses. This role reports directly to the General Counsel and will work closely with senior stakeholders within the business on acquiring and disposing of assets.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK Qualified lawyer with ideally 7+ PQE (guide only) and have trained in a reputable city firm.
