CORPORATE REAL ESTATE LAWYER - 2-3 PQE

This top US firm's thriving London Corporate Real Estate team is seeking an ambitious mid-level Associate to join them. Applicants will need to have excellent academics and ideally be working at a top law firm (UK and/or US) - preferably for heavyweight opportunity fund/REPE/institutional clients. Significant experience in (i) RE joint ventures - partnerships, companies, trusts, etc. (ii) acquisition/sale of RE SPVs and (iii) RE loan portfolio sale agreements is necessary, as well as some reasonable knowledge of RE finance. Experience in dealing with US clients and of leading local counsel in offshore jurisdictions (mainly Europe, Lux, CI, Cayman, etc.) would be a plus as would interest and some experience in working on both UK and European deals (other languages are helpful, but not a must).
