This top UK and international law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Associate to join their thriving high-level Structured Finance practice in London. Their highly rated team assist clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs (in both the UK and other jurisdictions) across the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors. Applicants should ideally have a background in UK securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets (e.g. project bonds, utility bonds) or other relevant experience in debt capital markets, asset finance and real estate finance. Applications are also encouraged from Australasian lawyers with top-level experience in these areas.
