TMT / DATA LAWYER - 3-5 PQE

This top UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate to join their market leading and thriving TMT practice in London. The role will entail working closely with a key Partner and assisting particularly to implement their strategy for data-related work (including data privacy issues and associated regulatory advice, data commercialisation and information governance (including cyber security)). The team anticipate that approx. 40-50% of your time will be dedicated to data-related matters; the remainder being across their high-level TMT practice and most likely focussing on technology and telecommunications transactions (projects, M&A, joint ventures, collaborations, outsourcing and licensing), as well as commercial and digital work. The firm are accordingly seeking an individual with strong experience in data/TMT, along with an enthusiasm and passion for data related matters.
