IP Lawyer
Are you an IP lawyer looking for an in-house role? My client, a FTSE listed business based in the South West (Bristol) is recruiting!
You'll form part of a large group legal function, specifically within a highly respected IP team dealing with IP matters affecting the businesses global operations. This particular role has a patent focus but is by no means a 'patent lawyer'.
As part of a large IP team with a global remit, you'll be engaged in all aspects intellectual property work: IP due diligence & IP advice on corporate transactions (M&A), litigation, licensing, non-disclosures, R&D agreements managing patent portfolios. You'll have a exposure to a variety of contentious and non-contentious work as well as working with external counsel from the best firms across the globe.
In return, you'll be part of a renowned and highly respected team and will be rewarded with a generous package that includes a sizeable salary packet, massive bonus, above market pension, 29 days holiday entitlement and much more. You'll be based at the headquarters of the global operation and have access to onsite gyms, football pitch & amazing restaurant + coffee shop
This role would suit a 2-5 year pqe lawyer with solid IP experience and an enthusiasm for expanding their expertise in respect of patents.
