IN HOUSE – Legal Operations Assistant – Global Technology business - London

Our client is a global technology business providing global software solutions and data analytics.

Their in house legal team seeks an operations assistant to join their busy team and to assist in the smooth running of the administration and operational elements of the business. Candidates will need to be organised, adaptable, and good communicators and motivators. You may have experience of this type of support role or be a paralegal or legal secretary at present.

Core Responsibilities
• Providing administrative task support for the broader legal team including         the administration of electronic and physical documents.
• Coordinating the contract editing, formatting, signing and filing.
• Manage and assist legal workflows and project tracking using software.
• Build positive team culture through legal team and the planning of social          events, strategic internal outreach, off-sites and beyond. 

Candidates will need
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask in a rapidly changing       environment as well as excellent communication, teamwork and           interpersonal skills.
• An ability to take the initiative, anticipate needs and work efficiently with     consistent attention to detail.

This is an exciting role in a dynamic global organisation with a growing legal team that will suit a commercially minded and outgoing individual with a thirst for organising other professionals
