Are you an ambitious general commercial lawyer looking for a challenging but rewarding role in an interesting and charitable organisation?
My client is a global business, spanning 19 countries. Its mission is to support its clients by developing products and services to help foster and build their businesses. The organisation then invests its profits into worthwhile causes including education and charities. The company is ambitious and has made considerable revenue despite its fairly recent inception and has growth plans which sees it as a billion dollar business by the end of 2023.
The company is looking to build its UK legal function and to kickstart that, is looking for an experienced in-house commercial lawyer who can turn their hand to a variety of legal issues, including commercial contracts, property, employment and IP. With access to senior stakeholders, you will need to be an effective communicator with a flexible approach and have the chance to provide strategic input. If you have management experience, this will put you in good stead.
