Job Details
A rare and superb succession role as a result of retirement in the heart of the City. This thriving firm is looking for a new head of property litigation - someone ideally from one of the mid tier firms or high quality boutiques, commercial flair and some track record of client development. Supporting a prominently investment led real estate practice, the firm houses excellent quality commercial and residential teams, not just in London but also in various other locations. Acting for commercial landlords, commercial tenants and residential landlords, there is a part caseload to take over and existing relationships to tap into and develop. Expertise in hotels, leisure, retail, FS and charity sectors would be of particular interest. Genuinely wonderful culture to be a part of. Probably best suited to an existing and established partner but a senior associate with business development skills and a partnership mindset would be considered.
