Job Details
Our client is a well-known global company seeking to engage an Employment Lawyer to work across the Middle East and African markets across a variety of international employment law matters, based in Dubai. You will speak English and Arabic.
In this role you will work alongside the HR team advising on a full range of employment law matters relating to:
- The hiring of employees to include compensation, termination and a host of other employee related issues such as performance.
- Resolution of any employee related issue.
- Advise on any employment litigation.
- Collaborate with the business with respect to advising and pre-empting on employment law risk.
Ideally you will be:
- An Employment Lawyer qualified for a minimum period of 5 years.
- Speak both English and Arabic.
- Have International Employment Law experience in a law firm or in-house or both.
- Be willing to work and live in Dubai.
- Be a strong leader who has proven ability to lead a business on international Employment Law matters.
- Be a strong communication enjoying working across a business and its legal groups.
