Insolvency & Restructuring (2-3 PQE) - Dubai

Premier offshore law firm with reputation for major insolvency, restructuring and dispute resolution matters is looking to expand its team in Dubai by recruiting an enthusiastic associate with 2-3 years post qualification experience to assist on a diverse spectrum of work, with a focus on Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands related restructuring and insolvency issues.

The successful candidate will be involved in advising mainly GCC based creditors, debtors and insolvency practitioners on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious corporate and financial restructuring & insolvency, as well as advising clients on a wide range of issues that arise in relation to distressed investment vehicles, in particular hedge funds and private equity funds.

To be considered, you will ideally be E&W qualified and have trained/practiced to date with a reputable law firm (onshore or offshore). Experience in commercial and/or insolvency & restructuring matters is essential while applicants will need to be ambitious, hardworking and a strong communicator with excellent analytical skills.
