An outstanding IP firm which acts for an array of major name brands.
THE ROLE
An IP litigation lawyer in the 2-3pqe range is now sought to join the firm's leading team.
This represents a rare chance for a lawyer with strong IP experience, and experience of TM registry disputes across a range of contentious soft IP issues (counterfeiting, domain names, company names, registered and unregistered designs, copyright, confidential information)
TM registry disputes experience is absolutely essential.
ABOUT YOU
With outstanding academics and experience gained at a Magic, Silver Circle or equivalent or niche firm,
you will be looking to enhance your contentious IP experience by working for both UK and international companies.
This is a role for a lawyer who can hit the ground running on UKIPO and EUIPO matters such as oppositions and invalidity actions.
Patent experience is desirable and even if you have none, you should have the aptitude and appetite to do such work.
Non-contentious/transactional IP work and ancillary areas such as data protection would also be desirable.
