Job Details
Our client is consistently ranked as one of the most prestigious international firms in London and it currently seeks a PSL to support its leading Corporate practice.
The Private Equity and M&A team work on high profile and cutting edge transactions which are often very lucrative and have international dimensions.
The successful candidate will be primarily engaged in a non-fee earning role with the potential for flexible working.
Any PSL joining this will team can expect to be involved in the preparation and maintenance of a host of precedent documentation and business development, and additionally ensuring that lawyers are trained and updated on developments, whilst keeping clients informed of news with timely client alerts.
Applications are welcome from Associates with at least 3 years PQE and an excellent grounding in Corporate transactions at a leading firm. Previous PSL experience is helpful but not a pre-requisite and therefore associates looking to change direction are also encouraged to apply.
