Job Details
We have been instructed on a role at a prestigious and innovative IP firm that is looking for NQs to join the IP Transactions team in the London office.
The highly-regarded IP Transactions team advises on a wide range of commercial and intellectual property matters, particularly with respect to negotiating IP and technology-focused agreements, which includes managing licensing and assignment requirements for intellectual property rights such as trade marks, designs and copyright. Associates also advise on the IP aspects of corporate/M&A transactions.
The firm works with a range of clients, primarily in the life sciences, engineering and tech sectors, and they promote regular client interaction which is ideal for a candidate’s business and career progression prospects.
The successful candidate will have completed a transactional IP/Commercial seat at a renowned firm in London or any other regional hub. The firm is particularly keen to hear from trainees due to qualify in September 2019, although existing NQs with 6 months’ worth of suitable experience can also apply.
