About Us

Does your interest lie in working with a luxury brand? Would you like to work with an iconic retail business? This international renown luxury retailer now has a need for a Commercial lawyer ideally with some tech experience to join the business for three months.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will play a key role negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts for the UK business. You will provide key support to the General Counsel and the wider legal team, as well as projects teams across the business. Given technology and digital matters are now a fundamental part of any successful retail business, you will also be involved with advising on transactions with a technology element. In addition, you will be supportive of the creative nature of the organisation and find solutions for innovations.

About You 

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer available immediately or on short notice to work with a luxury retail brand in a diverse role for a period of at least 3 months. Key is a strong commercial contract background with any retail or consumer experience is highly regarded. You will also need to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen, a keen interest in the consumer sector and the ability to operate in a professional environment with tight deadlines. You will have the opportunity to work with people across the whole UK business and as a result, strong interpersonal skills are also required. 

The role will also suit and Australian/NZ qualified lawyer who has recently arrived in London who is immediately available.
