Job Details
A Magic Circle firm is looking for a 2 PQE+ Project Finance Associate with an excellent academic background, to join its team in Hong Kong.
With offices across the globe, the firm has an outstanding reputation. Within the project finance team is the opportunity to work for one of the leading solicitors within the practice area.
As well as excellent academics, you will have experience working in a top international firm and be comfortable advising on a range of acquisition financings across telecoms, renewable energy and oil and gas sectors. You will have experience working on high value cross-border re-financings and PPP/PFI transactions.
