We are working closely with a leading US firm on their drive to expand their nascent corporate M&A and private equity practice.

The partners are seeking to add an exceptional mid-level or senior associate to their rapidly expanding M&A and Private Equity team, which, although in the early stages of development, has already established itself as a major player in the London Private Equity market with high-profile lateral partner hires.  It predominantly handles both mid and large-cap transactions for leading international private equity houses, and is particularly well-renowned for its work in the technology sector, both in Europe and the US.

Applications are welcome from associates with around three to six years of post-qualification experience acquired within M&A/Private Equity groups at Magic Circle or top US/City firms.
