Job Details
Our client is a US headquartered global technology company. They are looking for a mid/senior-level commercial counsel with particular experience in technology to join them from September 2019. You will be spearheading the London office and overseeing more junior lawyers. The role will predominantly involve drafting and negotiating various documentation, from general commercial contracts to more niche technology tech focussed agreements. You will also be tasked with advising clients on intellectual property issues including cyber security and various associated regulatory matters. This presents an excellent opportunity to lead a London team and build a team of your own underneath you in time, whilst covering high-calibre work.
To be considered for this role, you must be a minimum of 8PQE, be UK qualified and you will have received top city law firm training. Although not essential, in-house experience is valuable.
