Commercial Litigation Associate

About my client:

• I am working with a heavyweight UK firm, looking to expand their Commercial Litigation practice with the hire of technically sound mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate in their Hong Kong office.

Your Role:

• In this role your caseload will consist of commercial and construction disputes including contractual and tortious claims, construction disputes and adjudications under the SOP Act. You will also be advising on regulatory law and compliance issues and be involved in both local and international arbitration. You will be servicing work for insurers, MNC's and SME's.
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to be involved in high value and quality of work as well as the chance to work alongside industry leading Partners.

About you:

• I am interested in speaking in with mid to senior level associates who are qualified to practice in Hong Kong or as Register Foreign Lawyers and hold a strong academic background and track record.
