Residential Property – Head of Team – London
Our Client, a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked practice with several offices in the South, are looking to recruit into their residential property team, with the appointment of a senior lawyer to head their London office.

The Team
Our Client has a large and comprehensive property practice, with solicitors supporting clients of all sizes with every aspect of conveyancing, property and land ownership, acquisition, sale, lease and development. As a multi-office firm, the team has strength to act for individuals and businesses with property interests nationally.
The Candidate
As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you will be required to advise and support clients on a wide range of conveyancing matters, from initial instruction through to post completion and as such should have the appropriate experience in this area. The ideal candidate will have several years experience dealing with an extensive residential caseload independently. You should also work well within a team and have supervisory experience.
You should be commercially minded and have the technical and communication skills required to provide the highest level of client service. As this is a head of team role, you will be required to build on the existing client base and as such business development experience is essential.
