Job Details
We are currently working with a leading international firm who are looking to grow their finance team with a banking lawyer. The firm platform is well known for both Banking as well as Energy. The banking team are looking for an associate or senior associate that has broad finance experience but that is interested and passionate about project finance and emerging markets finance. The ideal level is 3-6 PQE but the firm will consider outside this range for the right person.
The sectors the department are particularly strong in include Oil&Gas, mining, power and renewables. But one would also get involved with telecommunications and infrastructure finance as well.
The culture of the department is known to be collabortive and high performing. The partners are hands on and the training is second to none. The ideal background is an experienced lawyer who has experience in at least two areas of finance and has a passion and genuine interest in this sector.
