Job Details
Like many of Offshore Legal’s clients in the Channel Islands, this major offshore firm has experienced significant growth over the past 12-18 months. Hence another position has emerged in their general corporate practice in Guernsey. The team gives advice and performs a wide range of transactions, including: M&A/JV, Private Equity and Investment Vehicles, Corporate Restructurings, Corporate Finance and Listings on the CISX.
This is a fantastic opportunity to forge a career with one of the major players in the offshore world, working on big ticket cross border files, whilst still having the time to enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle almost year round. On offer will be an extremely attractive salary package (comparable to the city), which will be taxed at a flat 20%.
