The Role
The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Agriculture & Property Senior Associate in Cambridge
You will be working within one of the regions strongest Real Estate Teams and will play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Associate with team leader capability to work with the Partners on a range of Agricultural Property work on a regional and national level, meanwhile developing your own client base.
This top tier department is one of the largest specialist Agriculture departments in this niche area of law Nationally. The team advises across all areas including: farm and estate acquisitions and disposals, partnerships and investment, development agreements and joint venture arrangements
This firm attract a high-end client base across a wide range of business sectors, you will be encouraged to develop this relationship further meanwhile winning new business to establish your own client base
Requirements
- You will be an Agriculture & Property Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years PQE
- You should have first-class communication and business development skills
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
