The Role
The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor in their office in Peterborough
This department are featured in the Legal 500 for their Commercial Property work, attracting a client base locally, regionally and nationally. You will work on a varied Commercial Property caseload including: acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, freehold & leasehold, secured lending, landlord and tenant, sales & purchases.
The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic and business development skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern and innovative firm with a fresh outlook.
Requirements
- You will be an experienced Solicitor or Associate with 2 years PQE +
- You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Commercial Property matters
- You should have evidence of successful business development, or a keen interest in this
- Salary is competitive, based upon experience
