A permanent paralegal job in Liverpool City Centre, paying up to £32,000 for a leading national law firm.


Your new company

This national law firm, based in the North West, is recognised as a leading firm in the insurance sector. They have won a number of high profile awards this year. Due to an increasing number of instructions, a permanent paralegal is needed to join the dedicated team in the Liverpool office.

Your new role

In this role, you will manage your own caseload and pursue the settlement of credit hire files. You will carry out consultations and negotiations in order to ensure the prompt and appropriate settlement of cases as well as the detailing of costs. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that case progression is maximised, making certain that all actions have been undertaken with the aim of bringing the case to settlement.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previously worked in a fast-paced, high volume role and possess excellent attention to detail. In addition, you will have:

• Experience or knowledge of credit hire
• Experience of small claims and fast track matters
• Experience of handling your own caseload
• Ideally some knowledge or experience of the litigation process and RTA
