The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Development Senior Associate to join this multinational law firm based in the City of London.

The firm has one of the largest Real Estate client bases in the Country. They often have fee earners based internally on secondments giving them an unrivalled working relationship with some of the largest names in the industry.

This role would prove to be an excellent role for a candidate seeking more responsibility and progression. You will work closely with industry leading Partners on a wide range of issues, ranging from site sales and purchases, CLLS certificates of titles, dealing with property aspects of funding arrangements, simultaneous sub sales property. The role will involve complex sites where the need for a high level of knowledge and experience will be required to advise on and draft the required documents and agreements.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Residential Development Senior Associate with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit with PQE)
  • You will work very well in a team
  • You will be ambitious and wanting to progress
  • Salary is very competitive with an industry leading benefits package
