This niche commercial practice specialises in real estate and has a long established client base of mainly SME and OMBs. With recent private investment, the firm is to become an ABS and with financial security is at a period of growth and change.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a real estate lawyer to play an integral part in this growth and to be a part of the succession planning for the business.
