Job Details
We are working with a highly-regarded international firm that is looking to further expand its Property Litigation practice by welcoming NQs to the office in London.
The Property Litigation team advises clients on disputes relating to landlord and tenant, developments, real estate finance, and management issues. Some of the work on offer includes the contentious aspects of right of way, restrictive covenants, contaminated land and overage. The team also advises on high-profile and high-value possession claims.
Associates benefit from working with an expansive client base that includes banks, real estate investors, energy companies, retailers, commercial developers and residential developers.
The successful candidate will have up to 6 months of contentious Property/Real Estate experience gained at a renowned UK firm. Applications are welcome from trainees that are due to qualify in September 2019 – the candidate must have completed a seat in Property Litigation.
