Real Estate Finance Solicitor / Legal Executive - Leeds - NQ- 4 PQE

Our client is an outstanding commercial firm in the heart of Leeds, offering a fantastic alternative to working in the Big 6.  It operates at the a very high level within Real Estate Finance and wider Banking work for a client-base consisting of a diverse, fascinating client-base.

It is now looking to appoint a new junior solicitor or legal executive to the team. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing reports on title and client specific property reports for commercial and residential property.
• Conducting title investigations and reporting on secured assets to lender clients.
• Assisting with the drafting and preparation of legal mortgage documentation with support from senior lawyers.
• Liaising with third party suppliers and information databases including Companies House, Land Registry, third party search providers, indemnity insurance providers.
• Managing or supervising the post-completion registrations and processes at Companies House and the Land Registry.

This role will involve handling fully (albeit with high quality supervision) smaller transactions as well as assisting on larger transactions.

The firm is (obviously) keen to hear from Real Estate Finance Solicitors but also high quality Real Estate solicitors who are looking for a change of focus and to work more predominantly in finance.
